t789 Terms & Conditions

t789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an internationally licensed online gaming operator providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, and fishing games to eligible players. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the t789 platform and all services offered therein. References to "you", "your", or "the Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the t789 platform in any capacity.

t789 operates under an international gaming licence and all services are provided subject to the conditions of that licence. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the t789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and t789 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written.

To register and use the t789 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. t789 operates a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, or legal entities other than individual humans are not permitted to hold t789 accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from any gaming platform, including t789, at the time of registration or any subsequent use.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of t789, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) t789 account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or overlapping accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your t789 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number (where applicable), and a valid contact number and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

• You may not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal details.
• t789 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. t789 does not charge a fee for account creation.
• Your t789 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure at all times.

t789 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered players. KYC verification may be requested at the point of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time at t789's discretion.

Pakistani players will typically be required to provide the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of your current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, where reasonably requested by the t789 compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the period specified by t789 may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. t789 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to provide timely KYC documentation.

All financial transactions on t789 — deposits, withdrawals, wager stakes, and winnings — are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). t789 does not charge players a conversion fee on PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of t789.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the t789 cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your t789 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor, which is typically immediate for JazzCash and EasyPaisa but may take up to two banking hours for bank transfers.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines published in the t789 cashier. Standard processing is within 24–72 hours subject to KYC clearance.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved in writing by t789's payments team.
• t789 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

t789 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific promotion terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your t789 account as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game types are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• t789 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are used first before real money balance in all wagering, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that are subsequently found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and removed from the account.

All bets placed on t789 are subject to the specific betting rules published for each product category — sports betting (including cricket, PSL markets, and other events), live casino, slot games, bingo, and fishing games. These product rules are accessible within the respective game or sports section on the platform.

• A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from t789. Bets placed during technical interruptions may be voided at t789's discretion.
• t789 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet that is placed in error, at an erroneous price, or where t789 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet has been placed in an attempt to exploit a technical error.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are published within the t789 sports and casino sections. t789 will not pay out amounts in excess of published maximums regardless of actual winnings generated.
• In-play bets are accepted at t789's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• t789 does not accept bets from players who have, or may have, access to inside information relating to any event offered on the platform.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the t789 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with t789 systems.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of defrauding t789 or gaining an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using t789 bonus funds.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the t789 platform, introducing malicious code, or interfering with platform security.
• Making chargebacks or reversing payments to t789 without first attempting to resolve the issue through t789's customer support team.
• Using t789 accounts for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with t789.

Breach of any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via the t789 account management section. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration reminders that will alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may permanently self-exclude from t789 at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen notifications showing time spent and net gaming session outcome at regular intervals.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the t789 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any t789 content without prior written consent.
• The t789 name, logo, and brand identifiers are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of data from the t789 platform is strictly prohibited.

t789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on t789, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the t789 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• t789 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• t789 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• t789's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude t789's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

t789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if t789 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are using the platform from a jurisdiction in which t789 is not authorised to operate.
• Continuation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to t789.

Upon permanent account closure, t789 will return any real-money balance held in your account (minus any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your t789 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under t789's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the t789 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through t789's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

To raise a formal complaint, contact t789's support team at [email protected]. t789 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through t789's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under t789's licensing authority. t789's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of betting rules, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding.

t789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the t789 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the t789 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using t789 and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible via this page. t789 recommends that players review these Terms periodically.
